The resurrection of Christ is our authentic birth. God showed what He intended for man in the resurrection of Christ and in this event, we are begotten anew and made the recipients of His holy vocation. We have not received the spirit of inferiority that tolerates thoughts of disqualification and cowardice. In Christ, we have received the spirit of power, love and a sound mind. Everyone who is called by God will initially see themselves as unqualified but it takes God's perspective to see oneself as qualified for the call, and once you do, you consecrate yourself to the call.
